we have a 5500 sqft office building right on broadway in downtown kissimmee with its own parking lot for 20 cars, the building is broke down in three spaces one is 600 sqft rented, one is 1200 sqft rented, the other is super modern 3500 sqft of space 10 offices, 3 open offices, two conferance rooms, 3 ultra modern bathrooms, shower, file room is 2 hr protected 12×16 area with shelving, front area is custom marbel florrs, cork inlays, baths are cork flooring, balance of office is carpet 32 oz with boarder and carpet base, front reception area has really creative cielings and lighting effects,all elec, plumbing, hvac is new. exteriors was have r-13 insulation, ceiling has r-38 blown, all offices are sound proofed,ceilings are 9 ft 2×2 reveal edge tile, custom kit and copy area, file room has custom shelving as well, exterior we has lots of windows fixed. all custom 7 ft wood doors some with glass inserts.
